If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Membership Subscription

  • Subscription Plans: To access exclusive content, support groups, forums, webinars, workshops, and other resources, you must subscribe to one of the available membership plans ("Membership").

  • Fees: Membership fees are outlined on the Platform and are subject to change at any time. You will be notified in advance of any fee changes.

  • Billing: By subscribing, you authorize Counselling with God to charge your selected payment method for the subscription fees.

  • Automatic Renewal: Your membership will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

3. Platform Access and Content

  • Access to Resources: As a member, you will have access to various resources, including e-books, guides, articles, forums, support groups, webinars, and workshops, all designed to support Christian women through unique life challenges.

  • Content Ownership: All content provided on the Platform is the intellectual property of Counselling with God or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

  • Permitted Use: You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes.

  • Prohibited Use: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the content, nor use it for commercial purposes without express written permission from Counselling with God.

4. User Conduct

  • Respectful Behavior: As a member, you agree to engage respectfully in support groups, forums, webinars, and workshops. Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or any conduct that disrupts the community will not be tolerated.

  • Personal Responsibility: You are solely responsible for any content you post or share on the Platform. You agree not to post any material that infringes upon the rights of others or violates any applicable laws.

5. Support Groups and Forums

  • Participation: As part of your Membership, you may participate in online support groups, discussion forums, or other collaborative features. While Counselling with God encourages open dialogue, we do not monitor all user interactions and are not responsible for any posts or exchanges that occur.

  • Confidentiality: We advise members to be mindful of sharing personal or sensitive information in support groups and forums. While we strive to maintain a safe environment, Counselling with God cannot guarantee confidentiality.

6. Workshops, Webinars, and Events

  • Event Registration: Access to workshops, webinars, and events is available to members according to the plan they have chosen. Registration for these events may be required, and we may limit attendance based on availability.

  • Content Recording: Workshops and webinars may be recorded for future viewing by members. By attending, you consent to such recordings.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Privacy Policy: Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

  • Data Security: We implement reasonable measures to protect your personal data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Termination of Membership

  • Cancellation by You: You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support. Cancellation will stop future billing but will not entitle you to a refund for any already paid subscription fees.

  • Termination by Us: Counselling with God reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms, including but not limited to abusive behavior or failure to pay subscription fees.

9. Disclaimers

  • No Professional Counseling: Counselling with God provides resources and support for Christian women but does not replace professional counseling, therapy, or mental health services. We recommend seeking professional advice if necessary.

  • Content Accuracy: While we strive to provide accurate and helpful information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content provided on the Platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Counselling with God is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to any errors or omissions in content, or issues with accessing or using the services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Counselling with God, its affiliates, employees, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.
