2. Webinars, Workshops, and Online Courses

  • Live Sessions: Refund requests for live webinars, workshops, or online courses will be accepted if the request is made within 7 days before the event date. After this period, we cannot offer a refund.

  • On-Demand Sessions: For on-demand webinars or courses that have already been accessed, no refunds will be granted.

3. Support Groups and Forums

Membership fees for access to support groups and forums are generally non-refundable, as they grant ongoing access to community resources and support.
